Yoga Garden Retreats invites you to...

A
week of Yoga
at Posada Dos Ceibas
on the Yucatan Coast
in Tulum, Mexico
with Gay White
February 20 to
27, 2010 (7 nights)
|
Paradise is
Tulum
Join Gay White, founder and Artistic Director of the Yoga Garden Dancers
for a week long retreat on the
exquisite Mexican Caribbean at Posada Dos Ceibas and Tierras Del Sol near Tulum,
Mexico. Don't
miss out on this popular week long retreat with Gay in Tulum. Sign up now!
Classes will be held at Posada Dos Ceibas which offers a combination of nature,
serenity and yoga. Or stay just a few steps up the beach at Tierras Del
Sol. The setting--a few miles from the biosphere reserve of
Sian Ka'an, on a beachfront of white sand beaches and the crystal-clear,
turquoise waters of the Caribbean--is the perfect place for going deeper
into the practice.
There will be one long asana class in the morning with
special work in the afternoon. Classes are
held in the meditation hall, a beautiful, quiet practice space fanned by
sea breezes and--for a post-savasana swim--the ocean is but steps away.
During your free time you can take part in all the area has
to offer. Have a soothing massage or energy work;
visit the nearby ruins of Tulum, Coba, and Xel-ha; explore the
Sian Ka'an biosphere; swim or scuba in one of the many sacred fresh water
cenotes, go
snorkeling or scuba diving and, of course, enjoy the magical Caribbean sunsets.
